On any construction project, there is the chance of delays (shipment delays, cabinets came in but the trucking company damaged one, etc). We feel that if the lines of communication are kept open and the customer is kept in "the loop" on a daily basis and problems and delays are handled immediately and professionally, these minor setbacks, should they arise, will in fact only be minor.
