~ HOW TO ORDER ~

Step one is to send and email to Gary Brinkley with a contact phone number. Gary will call you, and discuss the type of guitar you would like to have built, and the options you would like. After the guitars details have been agreed to, you will receive a quote via email. If you want to proceed with the build, you then send an email mail and down payment to Gary Brinkley. After the payment has been received, the build process will begin. NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE AFTER THE FINAL DESIGN HAS BEEN SIGNED OFF ON AND DOWN PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

Because all guitars are built to order, a 50% non-refundable down payment of the total cost is required, and balance due upon completion of the project. The payments can be made in one of two ways. First, you can pay using PayPal. You will be sent an electronic invoice via email that will allow you to log into PayPal and make the payment using a credit card. The second way is simply send a money order with the amount due.

From time-to-time, there may be customized guitars available for purchase, These guitars will be ready to ship, unless changes are requested. For these guitars, you will have four days to evaluate your purchase and either keep them or return them for a refund, but you will be responsible for processing and shipping cost.

All products shipped for GNB Guitar Customizing will be via FedEx.
