3. Marcia will REVIEW your STORYTELLER Booking Preparation Form/Information. She will call or email you to DISCUSS available dates, themes and confirm specific details.

4. Upon agreement of dates and details: SIGN the completed STORYTELLER Contract and RETURN it (via email or regular mail) to Marcia, along with the non-refundable DEPOSIT of $50.00. Deposit and signed contract secure your date.

SPEAKING FEES

LOCAL (No Overnight Stay: Fee plus *Travel Expenses)

One Session $150
Two Sessions $300
Three Sessions $400
Four Sessions $500

NON-LOCAL (Overnight stay: Fee plus Travel and Lodging Expenses)

One Session $250
Two Sessions $400
Three Sessions $600
Four Sessions $700

One session is approximately 45 - 60 minutes.

TRAVEL and LODGING EXPENSES

Driving: *The standard IRS mileage reimbursement of .51 per mile for business miles driven.

Air Flight: Sponsor Organization pays for airline ticket from Kansas City International Airport. www.flykci.com

Lodging: Sponsor Organization pays for (provides) one private, non-smoking room; meals and transportation to and from airport; and transportation to and from all special events.

DEPOSIT

A $50.00 non-refundable deposit/reservation fee (payable to Marcia Norwood) will lock in your date, and be applied to the balance due on date of your event.

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

If you are a small non-profit on a very limited budget, please contact Marcia to discuss an alternative fee schedule.

PHOTOS & FLYERS (about Marcia) to help promote your special event are available upon request, and will be emailed to you in .jpeg or PDF format.
